Will my hair go ginger if I dye it blonde ?

I have dyed my hair medium brown to lighten it and now I want to try dying it blonde . But I am afraid that It will go ginger ( even though I like gigner hair it really doesn't suit me) . I can't afford to go to the hairdressers .

Should I dye it , will it work ?

if it's too dark yes then it most likely will look reddish or strawberry blonde.

Dont do it, save up and go to the salon. Bottles dyes wreck your hair.

If you already have color on your hair buying blonde hair dye will not make you hair blonde. Color doesn't lift color. Therefore you willl neeed to bleach your hair which is something you may not want to try at home but you alway could try. I would recomend going to a hair dress you will need a bleach and possibly have to toned depending on how you hair lifts and pulls color. But coloring it will not work
