um i don't think so. Maybe you can go to spencers, i am not saying its there, it just seems like the place to get it. Maybe you can just go to the hair salon.

ok well yea thery do but it's not all good like that have purple and umm it's a walgreens.com go look for yourself and see how muh but i want purple angs my self i have black hair im going to use manic panic and specail effects idk depends if you bleach your hair if it's going to be on bleached hair it's going to last about a few weeks

when i was 16 i put manic panic blue in my hair....and the golden blondes turned green...Purple on dark hair wouldn't show up unless you were out in the natural sunlight. Those wash out within a few weeks
