Ohhh yeah I wanted my hair like that, even went to the salon and asked them to cut it like that , however I wanted mine like mary kate and ashley in their 'got milk' add ..anyhoo, you can either get a soft loose perm...you can scrunch it with your hands and some moose or volumizing cream...what I do that works, is I put in some volumizing curling cream stuff...and you put your hair upside down (or just normal if you want) and stuff your hair into a diffuser into the blow-dryer. Ten minutes and your beautiful.

ok it depends what type of hair you already have if you have thick or thin straight hair just take a shower and scrunch it over night right before you go to bed and tie it in a bun then in the morning let it loose and put gel on your hands and scrunch it again without taking a shower just dry and thats how to achieve that look with straight hair .

first off-having a natural wave in the hair helps, also long layers.....(long bang area as well)...if you have straight hair....you can always invest in a very large BODY WAVE%26gt;...using peach or lavendar colored rods will get you this wave pattern.....then you have to learn to "scrunch dry" your hair.....(i.e. squeezing it with a towel to get most the moisture out) and keep squeezing the hair while you blowdry as well.....a tiny bit of mouse will help hold the wave in the hair too...have fun!

After a shower, blow dry it a little until it is damp. Then use a mousse and scrunch it up. Don't blow dry it...let it dry itself. I guess for the bangs, use a flat iron.

THE HAIRCUT and products used is critical to creating this look. WHILE IT APPEARS messy, IT WAS TAILORED to look this way!

AS a hair stylist, my advice is "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR", if you go to a good salon they can CUT IT with texture all over %26amp; ASK FOR "undercutting" to give you EVEN MORE BODY! they will reccomend the right products too! ULL DEFINETLY NEED some wax %26amp; light hairspray to hold this shag :)
