I do NOT think you should die it !!!! I think maybe a couple highlights because dying it is a little extreme... wut if u dont like it???

If you are going to go more than 2 shades lighter than your regular hair color, you need to have your hair professionally colored. I would not try this at home because you could end up with fried, frizzy, weird looking hair.

When you are going to a lighter shade you run the risk of turning it orange or yellow. When I was in high school I attempted to dye my hair blonde. I didn't think it looked half bad and then I went to school. It was awful so after school I bought a box of brown color and dyed it again. Well this time it was orange, bright orange. I wouldn't recommend going blonde on your own especially if you are a medium brunette. I wouldn't go any more than two shades lighter doing it yourself. To go more than that usually requires a double process and this should be done by a professional.

If you're going to do it, I would recommend getting it professionally done. I used to go from red %26amp; brown to blonde all the time in high school. I used to buy some bleach by...I think it was L'Oreal. I would have to use 2 boxes. I would put it on, leave it on for 20 minutes, rinse it out...it would of course be an orangish color, blow dry it, %26amp; then do it again to make it blonde. I don't recommend this, lol. It is very damaging to your hair, but it worked for me.
