OK so right now i have tan skin and blonde hair and i want to go to a medium or dark brown hair color. I'm also trying not to tan this summer, so would dark/medium brown hair look good with light skin?

yea....I think that would look really good....as long as ur not the kind of person who puts ALOT of make up on....then stick with the blonde...but i think the dark hair would look really pretty escpecially if u r tan/
