Do not get too many layers. If you hair is think it will not work out.

Fancy going short? or choppy?

If you hav pale skin ty not to go darker.

maybe get coloured extensions so as you can mix and matxch with colour?

I'm 13 too, and I think tht ashlee simpson hair cut is really cute and u could also try cutting ur hair short and angling it back to front, longest piece in the front, around chin length it looks cool I tried it last summer, also, another idea u could get some layers put in, or some more highlights 2 make it interesting like idk the color ur planning 2 do highlights but i have light brown hair with gold highlights and i wuz thinkin of adding a color 2 it...like 2 color highlightz

i was just like you, thin hair that went about 3inches below my shoulders. paleish skin, works really good. high lights i would probably with your hair colour go with a blonde, it makes it look more natural, and that is really good. the style i would try getting layers, and maybe just above your shoulders, thats what i did. and everyone gave me compliments but how do you feel about bangs. though one question what is your facial structure are you circle, square, oval, long short. thats all i could come up with. hope it helps.

but if you want to darken your hair get honey colored highlights/brown higlights.
